After the sun goes down, there is an hour window where the light from the sun gone down, paints the sky and ground with a glow.
It’s my favorite time of the day. I knew that to get the mood I wanted, I had to be still, find a connection with what I hoped to capture, and find the gap between the intense winds around me. This photograph was shot at the California Coast, almost at the border of the Oregon Coast.
I pressed the shutter a number of times, and hoped for the best.
When I saw the pictures, only one image survived the chaos that surrounded me.
This one shot, was a gift. I call it tranquility.
